Video: IT Job Seekers in New Zealand and Overseas

Enterprise Recruitment has many IT positions available to suit IT professionals from all walks of life within New Zealand and from overseas. At Enterprise we have a specialist IT Division headed up by well known IT Recruiter Barry O’Brien who has 30 years industry experience and leads the Enterprise IT team with diligence and enthusiasm.

Our IT recruitment consultants are experienced, friendly and helpful and realise that finding that perfect job needs guidance from someone who not only understands the industry, but also has experience with IT professionals seeking a change in career.

The care and attention to detail after the candidate has been placed is very important to the Enterprise team. The feedback we get from successful candidates all points to our thoughtful approach provided during the recruitment process. The candidates and their success ensures our client, the employer, also gets a successful outcome.

For our young IT professionals coming up through the ranks, choosing a career path straight out of university can be a challenging task. In 2013 Auckland University recognised there would be career possibilities for their graduates in digital roles that would be well paid, creative and globally relevant. By teaming up with Google they offered those who had graduated in the previous two years the opportunity to obtain Google Certification by attending a free weekend seminar. They also provided students with the ability to meet potential employers to learn more about the career prospects in digital advertising in New Zealand.
Its great to see companies actively encouraging young people to upskill in IT and work in New Zealand.
There are New Zealand owned companies with software products that are recognized in the global arena.
Enterprise Recruitment can help job seekers find a perfect fit; whether it’s a role with a company that has a strong focus on the common good, an attractive and creative workspace, flexible work hours – our recruiters are here to provide guidance and find a match that will work for candidates and employers.
Companies actively looking for IT skilled staff will offer a number of benefits or enticements: parking, gym memberships, great coffee on tap, free breakfasts etc, so feel free to ask our team what is currently on offer and what you might reasonably expect.
Jobs such as developers, business analysts, web strategists, search marketing experts, web usability/designers, project managers are just a few of the areas where demand exceeds supply.
Enterprise Recruitment is passionate about the IT industry and the team looks forward to hearing from you. If you are an employer looking for staff or you are an existing IT professional looking for a career change, we are happy to help you.
