As part of our Global Solutions Team, Jessie Eagle plays a key role in connecting skilled overseas talent with New Zealand employers. With a passion for people and a background in customer service, Jessie brings a unique approach to her recruitment work, focusing on building strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
A Journey Fuelled by Passion for People and Diversity
Jessie’s journey with Enterprise Recruitment began in 2017 when she started as a temp, quickly discovering her passion for the fast-paced and dynamic nature of recruitment. Her dedication and drive earned her a full-time position, and over the years, she has grown into the role of Senior Recruitment Partner.
Today, Jessie is proud to be part of the Global Solutions Team, where her work focuses on sourcing skilled migrants to meet the needs of New Zealand businesses.

Finding joy in supporting others
Jessie enjoys the daily interactions that come with her role, helping candidates navigate the complexities of relocating to New Zealand while supporting businesses in finding the right talent for their teams.
"I believe the key to successful recruitment, especially for international candidates, is communication and understanding," Jessie explains. "For skilled migrant labour, it’s about making the process as seamless as possible and ensuring both the candidate and the client feel supported every step of the way."
Specialising in Global Recruitment Solutions
As a Senior Recruitment Partner within the Global Solutions Team, Jessie works primarily with overseas candidates in industries in the trades: construction & engineering. Her role involves everything from candidate screening and interviews to assisting with the relocation & on-boarding process, and then on-going pastoral care and client account management.

What industries or roles are you seeing the highest demand for in terms of skilled migrants, and how is the team addressing those needs?
The biggest demand for skills is in the Engineering space. Specialist Welders/ Metal Fabricators & Machinists. Our trusted overseas recruitment partners & well-established candidate network here in NZ and overseas means we have access to great talent. We recruit both offshore, but also here in NZ as well.
What are some of the most rewarding aspects of your role within the Global Solutions Team, particularly when working with candidates from different countries?
It has to be living on the daily Enterprise ethos: ‘ Improving Lives.’ We get to offer life-changing opportunities to these candidates. See them excel, move into supervisory roles ( some of our past candidates now look after our current staff), and bring over their families to settle here. It’s cool stuff!
