Keir joined Enterprise Recruitment in 2013, starting his career in the recruitment industry. Over the years, he has worked across a wide range of sectors, offering tailored staffing solutions in permanent, temporary, and contract recruitment. Keir’s dedication and hard work led to his promotion to Branch Manager in late 2016.

A key highlight for Keir in recent years was filling two senior managerial roles - one for a local government position and another for a nationwide wholesaler. Both candidates were people Keir had known personally for over a decade. While neither of them were actively seeking a job at the time, Keir understood the client's needs and presented them with an opportunity that was a perfect fit.
