Getting the interview means they are interested in seeing you. Employers will generally only see the top 2% of applicants.
  • Researching the company and job your interviewing for and make sure its a right fit for you.
  • Go over your resume and cover letter and make sure you can talk to the strengths you have stated.
  • Show some initiative and learn the names of the people you will be meeting with.
  • Have a dress rehearsal, try on your interview outfit and practice interview questions with a friend or family member.
