Enterprise’s new website reflects the way it wants to work with candidates and employers

Although it’s been in business for 44 years Enterprise Recruitment believes that the recruitment industry is ever changing and its new approach to the company’s website reflects this.

Technology is driving how candidates are being approached and the type of experience that they want when engaging with agencies. Social media and increasing connectivity are driving a stronger focus on integrity and service than ever before.

Increasing competition for talent means that the candidate relationship is becoming more and more strategic. There is a greater emphasis on building talent communities with a long term view, rather than just those who are active in the market.

Enterprise wants candidates to have a more tailored experience and be able to source relevant information to their area of specialisation more easily. The company also wants their website to reflect the aspirational goal that Enterprise has for improving life.

Smart employers are moving away from procurement driven, commoditization of talent acquisition to forming strategic partnerships with specialist capability. The specialist sector areas of the new website reflect this. There is a greater emphasis on areas of genuine strength rather than “we can do anything” approach which saves employers time when visiting.

Some key features of the new website are:

  • Improve Life – the content reflects one of the new key themes of the company - Improving Life. The new website imagery focuses on people, vibrancy and positivity.

  • Team Profiles -visitors are able to see profiles of the Enterprise team with whom they deal with. Each consultant will have their jobs listed in their profile as well.

  • LinkedIn - Candidates are able to register interest using their LinkedIn profiles instead of sending a CV as an initial introduction, making this process easy for them.

  • Specialist Sectors – Candidates and clients can now enter their own specific sector of interest where all messaging and information is tailored specifically to them. Advertising and social media items will refer readers directly to their specific sector page. Jobs are featured on every candidate page along with their own areas.

  • Stories –All blogs, good news stories and news items will be housed by sector category. Links with the sector pages will also refer readers to these specific blogs and items of interest.

  • Contact us – branch listings have full contact details and a google map attached.
