Christchurch Recruitment Agency update
Christchurch Business Support team maintains momentum in 2015, after a record year in in 2014
New Team Members
The Christchurch Office is a busy place and accordingly we also need to recruit staff as the business grows. A big welcome to Leanne McAdam who joined Roz Grant (Team Leader) and Christine Hammond to form the dream team. They continue to impress with their collective efforts and their increased efficiencies have allowed Enterprise Recruitment to develop our brand in Christchurch and throughout the South Island with Business support and administration roles.
Also a welcome to Hamish Calder has joined our National IT team and has been a revelation in terms of his ability to learn and develop his own style within the Enterprise IT Team, and our brand overall. His value to candidates and clients alike will reap rewards for both parties going forward as Hamish certainly adds value to the recruitment process!
IT Recruitment Christchurch
We saw a more diverse range of IT jobs on offer in Christchurch, as businesses expanded or moved into their new premises from the Christchurch rebuild, and this put pressure on the IT job sector in Christchurch. There were also some IT projects from innovative Canterbury Companies that required skilled software developers. Coupled with that there was strong growth in IT management roles as companies modernised their hardware systems and software as they moved.
Job Expansion
Lewis Kitchen continues to develop his niche, expanding from Sales and Marketing to include more technically focused roles in the Construction and Engineering space.
Our Industrial team of Dean Mackay. Clarke Vincent, Anna Hunter, Lewis Edmond, Diana Queen-Lucas and Aaron Flynn remain the ultimate Christchurch dream team. They are the preeminent performers in this space with all sectors covered by mature , experienced and reliable experts in their fields.
Izone
Izone has been a huge success for the Christchurch region and Enterprise Recruitment are proud to being playing a role in assisting candidates and employers to connect. There are still great opportunities as more companies move to Izone. You can see the full interview with our company directors here
