Rights

 Privacy:
- The employer will only receive claim information pertaining to a return to work programme
- Additional information can be provided if offered by the injured employee or with their explicit consent
Opting out:
- You can opt out of Wellnz managing your claim at any time, for whatever reason, including no reason
- Any employee electing to opt out, their claim would be immediately transferred to ACC for ongoing management
