  • Do you just have staff where your branches are located?

    No, we have staff NZ-wide! We’re well connected across the country and can reach a large number of candidates through our database and social media.

  • What industries/sectors do you specialise in?

    We are an award winning New Zealand owned and operated full service recruitment company. Supplying to both blue and white collar at all levels , from entry level to senior management positions.

  • Are you only a “Temp Agency”?

    No, we provide permanent, contract & project management services; give one of our branches a call and speak to one of the team to find out more. 

  • What are the additional benefits of using an agency when I can just advertise the position ourselves on job boards?

    As an agency, we also possess the capability to tap into the passive job seekers market, allowing us to strategically approach individuals who are not currently actively seeking employment. Through discreet engagement, we assess their potential interest in the position at hand. 

  • How is Enterprise different from other agencies?

    Whilst your main point of contact will mostly be through one consultant, our structure at Enterprise Recruitment is very collaborative. Our consultants (temp and perm), talent sourcing team, and advertising team all work together towards our common goal

  • What part of the recruitment process do I need to be involved in?

    We take care of the entire recruitment process, from consulting on your requirement, taking a comprehensive job brief,  placing an ad online, to sourcing local candidates, interviewing, right through to reference checks. We will connect in with you at regular intervals along the way, so you are kept well informed.


  • Will I get a chance to meet the candidate before they start?

    Absolutely! Team fit is so important to ensure a successful placement. You will have the opportunity to meet with and even interview the candidate yourself before we agree on the placement.
