About Me:
I have been in the recruitment industry for over 20 years and still love it like the day I started! My candidates trust me with their professional lives and my clients trust me with their greatest asset – their people.
After completing my degree, I was gifted the opportunity to start my career in one of South Africa’s leading recruitment agencies. It was here in my 15 years that I built my foundation in the world of recruitment. I have since done internal recruitment for South Africa’s two biggest banks for 5 years which gives me a holistic understanding of the recruitment process from both sides of the fence. Area of Speciality
I have specialised in permanent recruitment across a spectrum of industries, placing with major blue-chip clients to smaller, specialised companies. I am an expert recruiter in the Engineering and Technical arena’s as well as the Financial, Insurance & Banking Sector. Through my strong relationships built over time, both my clients and candidates have entrusted me with opportunities outside of my speciality, which I have always enjoyed and delivered on. I don’t settle – my superpower is finding the perfect “hidden gems” with my clients. I make it my business to understand who you are and what you are looking for; and to find your perfect place or your perfect person.
After Work:
I’m a family girl – any time with them is my happy place. An opportunity to spend time with friends, a good laugh or a session around the braai/barbeque is a win. I’m naturally an energetic person and exercise is important to me. If there’s a gap to get outdoors, to explore and experience new places, I’m grabbing it with both hands – one of the many reasons we’ve chosen New Zealand as our beautiful new home. When there’s a bit of quiet time on offer, you’ll find me with a book in hand. Sports fan? Big time. I love watching rugby & cricket and if my son happens to be playing a game of cricket or soccer, you’ll find me (his number 1 fan) cheering from the side lines.
