I joined the recruitment world back in 2002 and count myself lucky to still be pursuing my passion!
My expertise blossomed within the Executive & Management Search division of a JSE listed human capital group, where I spent a rewarding 16 years. During this time, I collaborated with a wide spectrum of clients, ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations, assisting them in sourcing talent from middle management up to C-Suite level. Additionally, I had the privilege of leading teams and guiding them towards achieving their goals.
Fast forward to Feb 2020, I immigrated to New Zealand to join our Enterprise Recruitment Wellington branch. Initially starting as a Permanent Recruiter, I was privileged to be promoted to the role of Business Manager in 2021. This journey has been nothing short of eventful – from adapting to a new country and embracing its diverse cultures, to delving into the realms of both permanent & temporary recruitment, employment law, and all things health & safety.
What brings me great satisfaction is the opportunity to help people, which is why I thrive on building strong, meaningful relationships - I thrive on creating opportunities that enhance the lives of all those involved!

- Developing a strong understanding of our clients' needs and delivering a customized recruitment solution that aligns with their business.
- Collaborating and working closely with my team to deliver seamless temporary recruitment services across diverse sectors such as construction, trades, FMCG, retail & wholesale, professional services, and more.
- As a member of the permanent recruitment team, I specialise in the fields of commercial, residential, and civil construction, with a focus for roles such as Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Project Managers.
After Work:
My family is my happy place and with 2 kids, they keep me very entertained! My down time is coffee on the beach, swimming, exploring Op Shops and when time allows, a little game of Texas Holdem at the community club.
